Guests are encouraged to make appointments in advance. A 48-hour notice is requested for all service appointments for either cancellation or rescheduling.
A credit card is required to reserve any of our specialty service appointments. A deposit is required to schedule any of our specialty services. Refundable only with a 48-hr cancellation notice.
We appreciate a 48 hour notice for appointment cancelations or any changes to an existing appointment. Cancellations made less than 48-hrs in advance will be charged 50% of the total reservation service. All services over $200 require a credit card number on file. If a deposit was required to book your service and a 48 hour notice is not given you will forfeit the entire deposit.
Arriving late will limit the time of your service. Your service will end on time so that our next guest is not delayed. If arrival time is later than 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
For the purpose of optimizing our appointment books, we have a system of scheduling. Our evening and Saturday appointments are reserved for our chemical & specialty services.
For your peace of mind and out of respect for our other guests, we request that children do not accompany you to your salon reservation.
We kindly request that food please not be brought into the salon. We do offer complimentary beverages.
Studio 1 Salon does not offer refunds on services inasmuch as the services have been rendered. If there are situations that require additional service time, we will address those issues on an individual basis. Our chemical services are guaranteed only when our recommended professional products are used.
